Using innovative technologies in education

Let’s dwell on innovative technologies in our work. Innovative technology ― set of methods and tools that support implementation phases of the innovation. There are following types of innovation:
- Training (training and incubation of small businesses);
Modern society confronts the Russian system of education a number of new problems caused by political, social, economic, philosophical, and other factors, among which highlight the need to improve the quality and accessibility of education. We should consider increase of academic mobility and integration into the global scientific and educational space, creating the best in economic terms, educational systems, increasing the level of education quality.
One effective way of addressing these problems is computerization of education. Improvement of means of communication has led to significant advances in information exchange. The emergence of new information technologies associated with the development of computer tools and telecommunication networks, enabling the creation of new quality educational environment as a basis for the development and improvement of the education system [1, c. 9].
The task of technology as a science is to identify patterns of population in order to identify and exploit the most efficient, consistent educational activities that require less time, material and intellectual resources to achieve any result.
Information and communication technologies make it possible to significantly speed up the search process and to provide information to transform the nature of mental activity, automate human labor. It is proved that the level of development and implementation of information and communication technologies to the manufacturing process determines the success of any company.
Innovation or innovations, characteristic of any professional person and therefore naturally become a subject of study, analysis and implementation. Innovations alone do not occur; they are the result of scientific research, advanced pedagogical experience of individual teachers and entire communities. This process cannot be spontaneous, it needs to operate.
The concept of "innovation” means innovation, novelty, change, innovation as a means and process involves the introduction of something new. With reference to the pedagogical process of innovation it means the introduction of a new target, content, methods and forms of education and training, the organization of joint activities of a teacher and a student .
In understanding the nature of innovation in education are the two most important issues of pedagogy ― the problem of study, synthesis and dissemination of good teaching experience and the problem of introducing the achievements of psychological and educational science into practice. Therefore, the subject of innovation, content and mechanisms of innovation must lie in the plane of the union of two interrelated processes, considered until now is still isolated, i.e. result of innovation should be to use the innovations of theoretical and practical, as well and those that are formed at the intersection of theory and practice. This underlines the importance of the management of capacity, development and use of pedagogical innovations. This, therefore, is that the teacher can act as an author, developer, researcher, and advocate of new educational technologies, theories, and concepts . Management of this process provides a focused selection, evaluation and use in their work experience of colleagues and proposed a science of new ideas, techniques. Thus, the need for innovative pedagogical orientation in modern conditions of society, culture and education is determined by several factors.
